Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:

  2. Make calls to a provided list of contacts.

  3. Introduce the purpose of the call clearly and professionally.

  4. Data Collection:

  5. Ask specific questions as per the script or questionnaire.

  6. Collect accurate and complete information from the respondent.

  7. Data Entry & Updating:

  8. Record all responses correctly in the system (CRM/Excel).

  9. Ensure no duplicate or incorrect entries are made.

  10. Follow-up Calls (if needed):

  11. Call back contacts who requested a callback or could not complete the call.

  12. Reporting:

  13. Submit daily call logs and data collected to the supervisor or team lead.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills:

  • Good communication in Tamil and basic English
  • Clear and polite telephone manners
  • Basic computer/data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
