Role Overview :

As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Engineer who is passionate about building products to join our team and help guide the technical direction of our product. As a key member of our talented development team, you will play a crucial role in realizing our mission.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions in close collaboration with product managers and designers.

- Break down complex problems, create detailed technical plans, and provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features, maintain industry standards in the codebase, and mentor junior engineers for their growth.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

- Identify and address technical debt, implement efficiency-enhancing processes, and foster innovation.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade services/applications.

- Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go), and familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Comfortable designing and implementing scalable architecture patterns to support business growth.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Hands-on experience building products on LLMs will be an added advantage.

- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
