Credit Strategy:
Develop and maintain credit risk strategy and policy by continuous analysis of business expansion and collection trends, risk assessment & mitigation thereof.

Credit Underwriting
: Plan Credit Underwriting vision & outlook.Create credit and underwriting policies & processes, infrastructure, development and deployment of underwriting models.

·
Delinquency Management:
Conduct portfolio study of the outstanding advances portfolio, Lead credit tightening initiatives to keep delinquencies under control while maintaining a balanced view of business profitability across various products and geographies.

Product management
: Managing the product function, product design, portfolios & performance management.

Compliances
: Ensure timely regulatory & other compliances

TAT Management:
Credit TAT Management as per defined guidelines.

Stakeholder Management:
Develop strong internal and external relationships.

Monthly Reports:
Prepare Risk & Credit Decks on monthly basis.

·
Representation:
Represent the company to the outside world, including lending partners, board of directors & other strategic alliances.

Education

CA/MBA in finance

Specialized Knowledge

Credit exposure of Wheels exposure of at least journey Cr. in Vehicle loans (CV, Car, Farm equipment and TW) wheels portfolio management.
