Role : Lead Data Analyst (3+ Years)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with extensive experience in Digital Data Analytics, including expertise in Web Analytics using Google and Adobe platforms, as well as proficiency in handling Salesforce data and survey datasets. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in data engineering and be well-versed in Azure with ADF (Azure Data Factory), Snowflake, and data analytics. Familiarity with Heroku and APIs would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Utilize digital data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and digital marketing performance.

2. Work with Salesforce data, extract information to EDP and survey datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.

3. Lead data engineering tasks, designing and implementing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other relevant technologies.

4. Utilize Snowflake as a data warehousing solution to efficiently store and manage large-scale datasets.

5. Conduct data analytics to extract valuable business insights and trends, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

7. Leverage Heroku and APIs when needed to integrate and access data from various sources.

8. Develop and maintain a single customer view, ensuring accurate and comprehensive customer data for personalized marketing strategies.

9. Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, implementing relevant advancements into the organization's data strategy.

Qualifications and Experience :

- 6+ Years experience in Data Engineering & Data Analytics domain

- Proven experience in Digital Data Analytics, Web Analytics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as handling Salesforce data and survey datasets.

- Strong data engineering skills with hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake.

- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Familiarity with Heroku and APIs would be advantageous.

- Previous experience in managing and maintaining a single customer view is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.

- Effective communication and leadership skills to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
