The Deputy Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgeting processes, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. The role involves managing taxation activities, conducting cost analyses, liaising with auditors, and developing financial models. Regular collaboration with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making is also a key part of the role.QualificationsFinancial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Financial Reporting skillsKnowledge of Regulatory and Accounting Standards, Taxation, Compliance skillsExperience with Cost Analysis, Financial Modeling, Managing AuditsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial software and MS Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and work well in a teamBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred
