Position: Customer Care Executive US Voice Process
Company: iEnergizer
Location: Noida (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced professionals for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service. This is an opportunity to work with a leading BPO and grow your career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for US clients.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
  • Adhere to call handling targets, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Work effectively in a rotational shift environment.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate (any discipline).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills (C2 level).
  • Ability to work 5 days a week (rotational shifts).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 50,000 CTC - 60,000 CTC.
  • No cabs and meals provided.
