You will play a critical role in ensuring only the most qualified professionals move forward in the hiring process. This is apart-time, seasonal opportunity , ideal for senior engineers who enjoy assessing technical talent and influencing team growth at scale and also with fulltime jobs and wants to have an additional income.Key ResponsibilitiesConducttechnical interviews and coding assessmentsfor Java Full Stack developer candidates (6–12 years experience range).Evaluate candidates’ proficiency acrossbackend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, and testingtechnologies.Design and administerlive coding challenges , problem-solving questions, and scenario-based discussions.Assess candidates’ ability to designmicroservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures .Evaluate practical knowledge ofAWS cloud servicesand Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).Screen for strongDevOps skills(CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).Validate frontend expertise inAngular or React , JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Review candidates’ understanding ofdatabases(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).Assess testing knowledge withJUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cucumber .Provide structured feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and recruiting teams.Collaborate with recruitment operations tostandardize evaluation criteria and ensure fairnessacross all interviews.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on Java Full Stack development experience.Prior experience conductingtechnical interviews or mentoringdevelopers.Strong technical expertise across:Backend:Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs.Cloud:AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, S3), Terraform/CloudFormation.DevOps:Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.Frontend:Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.Databases:MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.Testing:JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cucumber.Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies .Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience as aTechnical Screener, Interviewer, or Tech Lead .Exposure toserverless architectures(AWS Lambda, Step Functions).Experience withmessaging/streaming platforms(Kafka, RabbitMQ).Strong ability todifferentiate between theoretical knowledge and real-world hands-on experience .Compensation & Engagement₹500–700 INR per interview conducted(based on experience).Part-time / seasonalopportunity with flexible scheduling.
