Major responsibility:


• Supports the team to deliver appropriate actions to keep the system/service in good working order, preventing incidents from arising and restoring system/service to normal operation in line with objectives and KPIs.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills in the area of AWS / Azure and DevOps, including ability to effectively address any issues in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and escalate potential delivery issues.

• Should implement necessary KPI's that helps stakeholders to take important decisions.

• Process improvement


Skills:


• Knowledge of deployment CI/CD Pipeline

• Data log Monitoring and Troubleshooting

• Skills in Web-Server technologies desirable

• Corresponding Incident- and problem-management process


Must Have:


• Azure / AWS

• DevOps Engineering Tool - CICD, Jenkins, GIT, Kubernetes, Dockers

• Incident Management - SNOW/Remedy/Zendesk etc

• Mobile App Technology(Any Domain)

• Service Management - collaboration, automation, continuous integration and delivery, continuous monitoring, and continuous learning and improvement

• Team Management

• Direct Coding Experience - Coding for Infrastructure

• Telecom / BFSI Experience
