We’re Hiring: Learning Management & Programs Manager – NetZeroXNetZeroX is developing a practitioner-led learning ecosystem focused on Energy and Artificial Intelligence, serving professionals, graduates, and corporate organizations across the Asia-Pacific region.We are looking for an experienced Learning Management & Programs Manager to build, manage, and scale our digital and hybrid learning delivery framework.Role OverviewThis role will oversee the full lifecycle of program delivery across multiple formats, including:Live Virtual CoursesSelf-Paced Online Learning ProgramsCorporate Learning TracksCohort-Based TrainingFace-to-Face Masterclasses & BootcampsYou will lead platform administration, content structure, learner experience, and operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage the NetZeroX Learning Management System.Build structured learning pathways, modules, assessments, and certification flows.Manage batches, schedules, enrollment tracking, monitoring and overall learner experience.Coordinate with global industry experts and instructors across energy and AI domains.Oversee onboarding, engagement analytics, feedback systems, and progression governance.Support hybrid learning operations including onsite workshops and corporate sessions.Establish processes, standard operating procedures, and scalable delivery frameworks.Mentor junior team members and support capability building in the training operations team.Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 7+ years working in EdTech, LMS administration, digital learning operations, or L&D program managementHands-on experience with platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, Blackboard, or Docebo, Moodle is must to have.Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards, assessments, automation, and analyticsExperience managing online cohort-based programs or corporate training environmentsAbility to independently drive operations, problem-solve, and manage delivery timelinesPreferred (Not Mandatory):Background or exposure to training in engineering, sustainability, energy, or AIExperience managing learners across multiple regions (APAC experience is a plus)Location & TravelLocation: IndiaResponsible for programs across the APAC regionOpen to occasional travel for in-person delivery and operational coordinationWhy Join NetZeroXPlay a key role in shaping a global learning experience in a high-growth nicheWork with international subject matter experts and industry leadersOpportunity to build scalable systems and take ownership of the learning delivery frameworkHow to ApplySend your CV and a brief motivation note to:Subject: Learning Management & Programs Manager – Application
