As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a young, talent driven Full Stack Developer/ Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can lead our tech vision and help us scale to new heights.

Position Overview:

The CTO will be responsible for setting Grubwala’s technological vision and leading the development of our app and platform. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development and expertise in the tools necessary for app development. The CTO will build and lead a tech team, ensuring our technology aligns with business goals and scales as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s technical strategy.
  • Lead the architecture and design of our platform.
  • Oversee product development, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Grubwala’s technology infrastructure.

Key Technological Areas:

Full-Stack Development:

  • Front-End: Proficiency in Flutter/Dart and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Back-End: Experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
  • Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Mobile & Web Development:

  • Expertise in Flutter for cross-platform apps and familiarity with native iOS/Android development.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs or GraphQL.Cloud & DevOps:
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Security & Compliance:

  • Understanding of data security best practices and compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Scalability & Optimization:

  • Experience with load balancing, caching, and performance monitoring tools.

API & Third-Party Integrations:

  • Experience with payment gateways, communication APIs, and geolocation services.

Leadership & Project Management:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong front-end and back-end skills.
  • Expertise in the tools and technologies mentioned above.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the food tech industry is a plus.
