Lead the development and enhancement of networking solutions, providing technical leadership in the design and implementation of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices


Job Description :

  • Experienced and highly skilled Senior Networking Development Lead with expertise in L2 and L3 protocols, coupled with a strong proficiency in Linux environments.
  • As a key member of our technology team, you will lead the development and enhancement of networking solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and optimal performance.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of networking developers, driving the design and implementation of networking protocols and solutions.
  • Protocol Development: Lead the development of Layer 2 (Ethernet, VLAN) and Layer 3 (IP, OSPF, BGP) networking protocols, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Linux Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Linux environments, utilizing your skills to optimize networking solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect networking solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and maintainability.
  • Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations to improve the performance and efficiency of networking protocols and systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality networking solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to networking protocols, systems, and configurations. Technology Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and lead the integration of innovative networking solutions.

Technical Skills (Essentials) :


Networking Protocols: L2: Ethernet, VLANs L3: AAA, TCP/IP, RADIUS, NAT, DHCP, ARP


Operating System: Expert level experience in 'Linux'


Programming Languages: Python, C/C++ Experience
