Location – Bangalore/PAN India

1st position
Key responsibilities:
a.Enterprise Search Development: Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint Online search solutions, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and relevance for enterprise search queries across multiple data sources.
b.Integration with External Systems: Integrate and synchronize data from external systems (e.g., Wiki, ServiceNow, databases) into SharePoint search using Graph API, REST APIs, and Graph Connectors.
c.API Development: Develop and manage custom REST APIs and connectors for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to make external data accessible through SharePoint search.
d.Search Optimization: Monitor and optimize search performance, including managing indexing, crawling, and search query performance to deliver fast and relevant results.
e.Custom Development: Build custom search components using .NET Framework, C#, and related technologies, including Adaptive Cards for rich content presentation in search results.
f.CI/CD Pipeline: Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps CI/CD to streamline code release processes, including testing and deployment of SharePoint and API-based solutions.
g.Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks related to SharePoint search and integration workflows.
h.Documentation & Training: Document the architecture, design, and implementation of search solutions. Provide training and support to internal teams for effective usage and management of the search system.
Second position
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
a.Proven track record of implementing and supporting enterprise search solutions in a SharePoint Online environment, integrating external data sources like Wiki, ServiceNow, and more.
b.Experience in designing, developing, and deploying API-based integrations (RESTful or Graph API) to connect SharePoint with third-party systems and data sources.
c.Experience with cloud-based technologies, particularly in Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with tools like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
.NET Framework & C#: Strong experience in building enterprise-level solutions using .NET Framework and C#, including web services and integration with SharePoint.
d.Graph API & REST API: Proven ability to work with Graph API and REST APIs to integrate external systems and data sources into SharePoint search.
JSON: Proficiency in working with JSON for data serialization and deserialization between systems.
e SharePoint Online: Strong experience with SharePoint Online architecture, including search configuration, indexing, and optimization techniques.
f.Azure DevOps CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery of SharePoint-based solutions and APIs.
g.PowerShell: Expertise in using PowerShell for SharePoint Online administration and automation tasks.
h.Adaptive Cards: Knowledge of developing Adaptive Cards for enhancing the presentation of search results and integrating them into the user interface.
