Job Title : Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist BeyondTrust- .

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist with a strong background in BeyondTrust solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications to the PAM framework, coordinating with various teams, and gathering necessary data. This role requires deep expertise in BeyondTrust tools and the ability to support and enhance our PAM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

PAM Onboarding :

- Lead the onboarding process for new applications into the BeyondTrust PAM framework.

- Develop and implement solutions or frameworks for effective PAM account onboarding.

- Ensure seamless integration of applications into the PAM environment.

Coordination and Data Gathering :

- Coordinate with application owners and other stakeholders to gather necessary data for PAM onboarding.

- Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful onboarding.

BeyondTrust Expertise :

- Utilize deep expertise in BeyondTrust tools to configure, manage, and optimize PAM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BeyondTrust PAM solutions.

Policy and Compliance :

- Ensure all PAM processes and solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.

- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation to support compliance requirements.

Documentation and Training :


- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PAM onboarding processes, configurations, and procedures.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on BeyondTrust tools and best practices.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities for improving PAM processes and solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PAM and BeyondTrust technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management with a focus on BeyondTrust solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience in onboarding PAM accounts and integrating applications into PAM frameworks.

- Strong expertise in BeyondTrust tools and technologies.

- Experience in data gathering and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong understanding of security policies and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Professional certifications related to PAM or BeyondTrust.

- Experience with other PAM solutions and tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
