Muses Consulting Studio is the premier marketplace for student services, facilitating partnerships between student groups and companies. Our past expertise ranges from content creation, marketing- campaigns, campus ambassadorship, and product development to data engineering, software development, user testing, market research, and analytics.

Muses has a history of successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Amazon Studios, Warner Brothers, McDonalds, and Doordash, as well as numerous innovative startups.

We are on the hunt for someone who understands what makes the youth, the Muses of the future, and the clients that can partner with them, tick. Think of somebody caffeinated and wide-eyed who is ready to work VERY hard.

Key Responsibilities :Develop and Maintain Brand Guidelines : Oversee the creation and evolution of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design outputs.Ensure Compliance : Ensure that all designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity across all projects.Social Media Design : Create high-quality, attention-grabbing graphics for platforms like Instagram, , TikTok, and more, incorporating doodles, playful typography, and cinematic elements.Marketing Assets : Design everything from digital ads and banners to comprehensive slide decks and promotional flyers.Event Collateral : Develop event-related materials including pamphlets, signage, pop-up banners, and other interactive displays.Pitch Decks and B2B Assets : Develop visually appealing pitch decks, brochures, and other B2B materials to support client proposals, brand presentations, and strategic communications.Merch Design : Conceptualize and create on-brand merchandise that appeals to college students and embodies the essence of Muses.Custom Illustrations : Create original illustrations or vector graphics to enhance design projects, especially for content that needs a unique or highly visual touch.Image Editing : Retouch, edit, and manipulate photos for use in social media, ads, and other promotional materials.Stock Photo Integration : Source and incorporate stock images effectively when needed, ensuring they align with the overall design style.Basic Animation Skills : Create motion graphics or simple animations for digital campaigns, social media, or interactive materials.Video Integration : Collaborate with video editors to overlay graphics onto video content for dynamic and engaging visual effects.Vendor Liaison : Work with print shops, merchandise manufacturers, and other external vendors to ensure specifications and quality are met.

Qualifications :Experience : 2-4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on youth or Gen-Z-centric projects. Experience with social media campaigns.Portfolio : A diverse portfolio showcasing bold, creative, and youthful designs, including examples of social media assets, event collateral, and merch.Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. Familiarity with creating social media templates and print-ready materials.Gen-Z Insight : Passion for and understanding of college culture, social media trends, and how to leverage them visually.

Please note that this position requires availability primarily during EST and PST hours, which falls in the timeframe of 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST. We request that only candidates who can work within these specified hours apply. This role is entirely remote.
