Position Overview:

Accusharp Cutting Tools is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring the efficient production of high-precision cutting tools. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of cutting tools and machine safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) to manufacture cutting tools.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.
  • Perform tool changes, setups, and calibration of machines.
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Inspect finished products using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Monitor production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Document production data and report any machine or product issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Operator; freshers with relevant education are also welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

  • Salary: As per interview performance and experience.
  • Location: MIDC, Bhosari, Pune.
