Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations: attendance, payroll coordination, compliance.
  • Act as a strategic partner, brainstorm and implement initiatives to improve company culture, retention, and engagement.
  • Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven HR/recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven personality.
  • Creative mindsetability to brainstorm for the betterment of the company.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
