Our patented innovations offer efficient and sustainable maintenance solutions for large-scale solar plants owned by independent power producers (IPPs). As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy and establish partnerships with IPPs and other key stakeholders in the solar industry.


Role Overview:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand image, driving customer engagement, and generating leads within the solar energy sector. You will leverage your expertise in marketing and your extensive network within the industry to establish strategic partnerships with IPPs and promote our innovative robotic solar cleaning solutions. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our robotic solar cleaning solutions to IPPs and other key players in the solar industry.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential customers within the solar energy sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with IPPs, solar plant owners, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to raise awareness of our products and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices in the solar energy sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform our marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing roles within the renewable energy industry, with specific experience working with IPPs and other stakeholders in the solar sector.
  • Deep understanding of solar energy technologies, products, and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
