We are expanding our tech team and looking for talented individuals who can contribute to innovative mobile and web development projects.Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Flutter(Mobile App) + Front-End Developer(Web) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building mobile applications using Flutter and developing responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas into functional, high-performing applications.Key Responsibilities:Flutter Development:Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Android & iOS)Write clean, reusable, and scalable Dart codeImplement modern UI/UX designs and animationsIntegrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party librariesOptimize applications for performance, speed, and responsivenessTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues or bugsWork closely with designers and backend teamsFront-End Web Development:Build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (ReactJs / NextJs / Angular — choose based on your requirement)Develop user-friendly, pixel-perfect interfaces based on UI/UX designsEnsure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsivenessEnhance website performance, loading speed, and SEO-friendly structureCollaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic contentRequired Skills & Qualifications:2–3 years of professional experience in Flutter app developmentGood knowledge of Dart, mobile architecture, and state management tools (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.)Intermediate front-end development experience including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap/TailwindHands-on experience integrating APIs and FirebaseStrong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skillsKnowledge of Git version controlAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and time-management skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in publishing apps on Play Store/App StoreFamiliarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, Firebase)Knowledge of animations and advanced UI/UX developmentExperience with Agile methodology and project management toolsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent (flexible based on skills).Why Join The Alpha Agency?Work on innovative digital and tech-driven projectsCollaborative and growth-oriented work environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to enhance skills and contribute to impactful projectsA young, dynamic team that values creativity and innovation
