Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team at AVI Renewable Energy as a Financial ControllerAre you a seasoned Chartered Accountant looking to lead and make a strategic impact? We're searching for an experienced financial controller to manage and elevate our financial operations.

Role Overview:As a Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and strategy development. Collaborating closely with the management and C-suite leadership, you’ll provide invaluable financial insights that drive decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Financial Reporting:

Lead the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports.Budgeting & Forecasting:

Shape annual budgets and track performance against financial forecasts.Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.Risk Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.Internal Controls & Audit:

Strengthen internal controls to maintain financial integrity.Technology & Systems:

Ready to manage accounting on Tally, provide support in the migration and implementation of ERP, and maintain efficient financial systems for informed decision-making.Stakeholder Relationships:

Act as the trusted liaison with auditors, investors, and financial institutions.Leadership & Development:

Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team.

What We’re Looking For:A Chartered Accountant qualification is required, with an advantage for candidates holding either CPA, CMA, or CS credentials.10+ years of experience as a senior financial professional in a publicly listed company, exposure in the Solar, EPC, Renewable Energy, or Pump industries, will be a plus.Mastery of financial principles, ERP systems, and accounting software.Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
