The role will involve supporting our customers in designing and delivering best practice communication using the HCL Unica technology. Craft CXM consultants have experience in data, direct marketing, and technology, delivering high value, best-practice solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to continue this, supported by our experienced leaders.Main Responsibilities- Campaign Development: Configure, execute, and optimise customer communication campaigns using Unica, ensuring adherence to best practices.- Platform Database: Utilise platform databases, segmentations and preference centre/optout processes effectively.- Consultative Support: Provide consultative advise and hands on guidance to assigned clients ensuring campaign objectives are achieved, aligned to best practice methodologies.- Customer Enablement: Enable allocated clients across Unica platform best practices, automations and processing standardising build methodologies.- Solution Design: Able to design and implement solutions to client challenges using technology and operational process automations, championing best practice adoption.Craft CXM BenefitsAt Craft CXM, we believe in ensuring all our team enjoy a healthy work-life balance supporting our team daily with full support and benefits package which includes:- 25 days annual leave in addition to India public/state holidays- Mon-Fri workweek with strong emphasis on personal well-being- Birthdays off- Home Office allowance- Health & Wellbeing- Internet allowance- + MOREExperience we're looking for- 3+years of hands on experience within the Unica suite, including Campaign, Interact & Optimize.- Strong SQL knowledge and experience in querying databases.- Experience in a consulting or Martech organisation.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Understanding of campaign briefs and experience in handling complex segmentation.- Proficiency in HTML & CSS is a plus.- Experience working with international clients, with a preference of APAC clients.
