Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive TEV Analyst to contribute to the design, development, and launch of new products, features, and automation tools for operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, along with a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape to gather product feature requirements.

To succeed in this position, you must effectively track product performance in the market to meet or exceed sales targets. A top-performing TEV Analyst will also ensure that expenditures align with predefined budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Validation:

• Gather and verify relevant financial and operational data from borrower companies, including financial statements, project proposals, and market research reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data.

Financial Modelling:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast project performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze critical financial metrics such as Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

Cost Estimation & Analysis:

• Collaborate with project teams or consultants to estimate costs, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and working capital needs.

Ratio Analysis & Performance Metrics:

• Evaluate financial ratios, such as debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, and profitability ratios, to determine project viability.

Financial Forecasting & Projections:

• Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and projections, considering various scenarios and market conditions.

TEV Report Preparation:

• Compile detailed TEV reports covering:
• Technical aspects (land acquisition, machinery purchase price, and infrastructure details).
• SWOT analysis of the project.
• Risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and final recommendations.
• Working capital evaluation.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation:

• Identify and assess financial, operational, and market risks associated with projects.
• Develop and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Presentation & Communication:

• Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to project teams, management, and stakeholders in a structured and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling tools (Excel, financial software).
• Excellent data interpretation and analysis skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
