Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, methodologies, and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to understand requirements, define test objectives, and prioritize testing efforts.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Java and Selenium to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

- Conduct code reviews, analyze test results, and identify areas for improvement to optimize test coverage and effectiveness.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement.

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in QA automation, and implement relevant tools and techniques to enhance our testing capabilities.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on QA progress, issues, and risks.

- Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Foster a culture of quality and collaboration within the QA team, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 13-20 years of experience in quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Extensive experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring QA teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive work environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive process improvements.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and experience with other automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, TestNG) is a plus
