We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 Years of experience to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our Meta and Google Ads campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to drive results. A strong technical understanding of GA4 and Shopify is essential. The ideal candidate is analytical, has a knack for numbers, and can efficiently manage data in Excel to optimize marketing efforts.
Position: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Oshiwara, Jogeshwari
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 6 days a week, 2nd & 4th Saturdays off. All Sundays off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to align ad campaigns with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update product and campaign data on Shopify, ensuring smooth digital operations.
- Assist in technical setup and checkout configurations under guidance to enhance user experience and streamline transactions.
- Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Work with Excel to analyze data, create reports, and visualize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of GA4 and experience working with Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers; expertise in Excel is required.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
