Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support and guidance for the following Oracle modules:

  • Oracle Field Service
  • Oracle Installed Base
  • Oracle TeleSales
  • Oracle CRM Foundation
  • Oracle Service Contracts
  • Oracle Service


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the Oracle CRM suite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle CRM applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of project milestones.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Oracle CRM modules, specifically Oracle Field Service, Installed Base, TeleSales, CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, and Service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
