Shift timings : 1.00 p.m

10.00 p.m (Mon-Fri) (Remote)

Responsibilities:

1. Statistical Analysis and Modelling:

Conduct statistical analyses on large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights.Develop and implement predictive models using advanced statistical techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute statistical experiments.

2. Data Visualization:

Create visually compelling and interpretable data visualisations using R and other relevant tools.Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.

3. Programming and Scripting

Develop, maintain, and optimize R scripts and programs for data analysis and modelling purposes.Troubleshoot and debug existing codebase to ensure accurate and efficient results.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and goals.Communicate complex technical concepts and analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of statistical models and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability.Implement best practices for code review and version control.

Requirements:

1. Education:Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.2. Experience:Proven experience as an R Programming with a minimum of 5 years in data analysis and statistical modelling.Demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization using R.3. Technical Skills:Proficient in R programming language and associated packages (dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, etc.).Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.Experience with other programming languages (Python, SQL) is a plus.4. Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.5. Problem-solving Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
