Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. This is a senior level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript
  • Experience with ServiceNow API and integration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Certifications in ServiceNow development are a plus

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications according to business requirements
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions

  • Optimize system performance and scalability
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
