The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure services, with a focus on backend development, API integrations, and cloud-native architecture. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications in a cloud environment. The candidate should also possess managerial capabilities and be able to independently lead and guide a team of 5–8 developers.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET CoreBuild and consume RESTful APIs and microservicesDevelop Azure-based solutions, including:App ServicesFunctionsAzure SQL, Blob Storage, Service BusImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsEnsure application performance, scalability, and securityParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremoniesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across environmentsWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practicesRequired Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / MVCStrong programming knowledge in C#, LINQ, and Entity FrameworkExperience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Service Bus, etc.)Proficient in working with SQL Server and Azure SQLSolid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programmingExperience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelinesGood understanding of security, performance tuning, and cloud deploymentAbility to manage, mentor, and lead a team of 5–8 members independently
