About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Android Developer to join our team and take ownership of building scalable, high-performance mobile applications. This role involves working on innovative features such as multilingual voice onboarding, job/training recommendations, and secure identity capture—directly impacting the experience of our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Android applications with a strong focus on usability, performance, and security.
  • Implement voice onboarding features using speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs across multiple Indian languages.
  • Develop modules for identity capture, job/training recommendations, and applications.
  • Integrate backend APIs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, React, AI).
  • Ensure apps meet security, compatibility, and Play Store publishing requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of hands-on Android development experience (Kotlin/Java).
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design principles.
  • Proficient in working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
  • Experience in speech-to-text / text-to-speech API integration.
  • Strong understanding of localization and multi-language support.
  • Experience in offline-first app development (SQLite/Room).
  • Good knowledge of app security practices and Google Play Store publishing process.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations in mobile apps.
  • Experience with push notifications, analytics, or real-time updates.
  • Familiarity with agile development and version control (Git).
