Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of Quotations, Purchase orders, Invoices, Delivery Challan, E-way bill, etc.
- Stock Management.
- Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian customers.
- Coordinate/Follow up product delivery for customers.
- Effectively making and managing documentation for customers and suppliers for logistics.
- Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
- Payment follow up.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Must have 3- 5 year's experience in customer service.
- Candidate from Panvel region (local resident) preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350, ₹500,000.00 per year
