Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to join ourinnovative team. This role is essential for developing, deploying, and optimizing generative AI models,with a special focus on creating effective prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). The successfulcandidate will have a solid background in AI/ML technologies, experience with Generative AI applications,and the ability to design and implement efficient, scalable AI solutions.Must have:● Proficiency in programming languages - Python (primary), with knowledge of JavaScript, SQL,and NodeJS beneficial.● Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers) andunderstanding of Generative AI models, including LLMs.● Expertise in designing and implementing efficient prompts for Generative AI, with a focus onimproving model performance, Guardrails, RAG, Prompting attacks evasion and user interaction.● Experience in integrating AI models with APIs and application servers (Flask, Django, FastAPI)for scalable AI applications.● Previous experience in Generative AI application development, especially in designing promptsfor LLMs.● Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) for managing AI model inputs andoutputs.● Experience in Vector Databases, Vector Similarity Search, and Embedding models andframeworks.

Good to have:● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g.,Docker) for deploying AI solutions.● Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), codereviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.● Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for developing intuitive userinterfaces.● Exposure to Azure AI/ML stack and familiarity with healthcare-related projects or HIPAAcompliance is advantageous● Experience in designing multi-lingual Generative AI applications is advantagesQualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a relatedfield.● 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI andPrompt Engineering.
