Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Architecture and Design Engineer to join our team. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge network designs that meet client needs and industry best practices.If selected, the job location would be onsite at

Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities

Leading and managing people and vendors to deliver high quality outcomes.Interfaces with business demand and translate business requirements into technical requirementsConsolidate technical requirements and produces end to end solution design, detailed BOQ’s and costing for sector enablement and office fitout projects (includes passive network, active network, cybersecurity, datacentre, and hosting)Responsible for the design and delivery of Edge network - LAN, Datacentre and collaboration , features and solutionsProduces and Maintain High-Level and Low-Level design documentationManage the capacity of the running Edge network - LAN, Datacentre and collaborationDrive and manage optimizations and continuous service improvements related to the Office LAN and collaboration networkTechnical authority for Edge network - LAN, Datacentre and collaborationEstablish and foster key relationships with business and project stakeholders across the business sectors.Development of regular reporting for both operational and strategic initiatives.Manage Office LAN network CAPEX·

Promote a high-performance working environment embracing companies valuesRequirementsTertiary degree qualification in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT related disciplineCCIE, JNCIE, HNCIE expert level industry certification (preferred) or demonstrated equivalent experienceIT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification (preferred)Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Network solutions architecture, design or implementation lead position in a large enterprise, Service Provider, or IntegratorMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in managing and delivering telecommunication network projects and leading implementation teams.Minimum of 2+ years’ experience leading teams and managing peopleDeep Knowledge of network technologies and protocols (CCIE level certification) such as but not limited to Collaboration systems VOIP, Streaming, Cybersecurity standards, private Cloud,TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, SDN (SDACCESS SDWAN),

ACI, Load Balancers.Good

knowledge of security network systems (Firewalls, Proxies, Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion detection systems)Ability to work without minimal supervision. Hands on experience in designing configuring and operating Cisco, Huawei or Juniper network switches, routersAbility to coach, mentor and manage staff and to achieve business outcomes.Experience managing geographically diverse teams.Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to translate technical terms into business processes to deliver effective change.Excellent communication skillsExcellent organization skills
