Hello,Just wanted to share an exciting opportunity with you for the role of UKG Dell Boomi Integration.Application InstructionsIf this role excites you, please share:Role: UKG Dell Boomi IntegrationExperience: 2+ yearsWork mode: RemoteUKG Dell Boomi IntegrationKey Skills: Kronos, SQL, PL/SQL, WIM, WFC, WFD, Dell Boomi, Time andAttendance management.Job Description:• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an application developer or engineer inKronos.• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, timecapture and payroll.• Hands-on experience in Dell Boomi integration and Workforce Dimensionsapplication.• Proficient in developing multiple Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfacesfor integrating employee data from HR applications like PeopleSoft with Kronos(Person Import). Also, experienced in creating outbound integrations from scratchto integrate time data from Kronos to payroll vendors (Pay Extracts) such as ADP,Ceridian, etc.• Strong knowledge of Kronos database tables and their inter-relationships.• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex SQL queries, materializedviews, and high-performance queries.• Experienced in performance tuning of SQL and PL/SQL using techniques likeHands-on experience in Dell Boomi integration and Workforce Dimensionsapplication.• indexing, hints, partitioning, and other Oracle tools.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently whilecollaborating with on-site coordinators.Good to have:• Solid understanding of pay policies, accrual policies, work rules, break rules,rounding rules, and other related Kronos building blocks.• Proficiency in creating simple genies, hyper finds, and complex SSRS reports.• Knowledge of other HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, etc., would bean added advantage
