- Lead end-to-end implementation of Geneva, including installation, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support
- Collaborate with fund accounting, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and design Geneva workflows.
- Map and migrate financial data (portfolio, trades, pricing, P&L, NAV, GL, investor allocations, etc.) into Geneva.
- Develop and maintain Geneva reports, workflows, and custom configurations to meet business needs.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot system issues, and ensure system accuracy.
- Train and support end-users in Geneva functionality, best practices, and reporting.
- Partner with SS&C Advent and third-party vendors on upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Document implementation processes, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience with SS&C Advent Geneva (implementation, configuration, or support).
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, portfolio accounting, and investment management workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and reporting tools (Geneva RSL, SSRS, or similar).
- Experience with system integration (trading platforms, data feeds, reconciliation tools, investor portals).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with hedge funds, private equity, or asset managers.
- Prior experience in vendor/client-facing implementation projects.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
- Mysore will be the work location & It's a On site role, US shift
