Working Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM


Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our Information Technology Sales Department as a Delivery and Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on delivery management and client/vendor interaction. This role requires a strong blend of project management skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of IT sales processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. Take ownership of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of milestones and ensure timely payments to vendors as per agreed terms. Proactively follow up with clients and vendors to resolve payment-related queries and issues.
  • Client and Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, participate in pre-sales activities, and tailor project proposals to meet client needs. Act as a bridge between the sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, communicate project status updates, and manage expectations effectively. Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize business analytics, Six Sigma methodologies, and data analytics to drive process improvements, enhance project efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. Champion best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across projects.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the Information Technology sector, with a focus on sales-driven projects.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client/vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, sales teams, and stakeholders.
  • Certification in Business Analytics, Six Sigma, Customer Retention, or Data Analytics preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
