Today, an Indian hospital revenue is largely dominated by Insurance payers - Govt + Private. With 200+ payers in the mix, the overall revenue cycle management (RCM) in India is broken, opaque, and complex filled with unexpected shortfalls and delayed realizations. At Care.fi, we are building India’s first AI-led RCM platform for hospitals which will enable them to solve these pitfalls and thereby improving margins. About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our product engineering team. As an entry-level to mid-level developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications using Typescript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL . This is an excellent opportunity to learn best practices and grow your skills by working closely with experienced engineers in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-value hospital accounts across India and serve as their primary relationship Develop and maintain application features using Node.js (backend), React (frontend), and PostgreSQL (database). Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code according to established standards. Fix bugs and address feature requests as part of the agile development lifecycle. Experience with typescript. Participate in code reviews to learn and apply quality and security best practices. Work collaboratively with team members, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Maintain and contribute to internal documentation, including technical specifications and simple design diagrams. Stay updated on relevant technologies and follow best practices for writing testable and maintainable code. Desired Skills & Competencies 1–3 years of experience in software development or a related field. Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript fundamentals. Experience building user interfaces with React.js. Basic understanding of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Familiarity with RESTful API concepts and basic web integration. Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and debugging skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology
