Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, for an Assistant Manager Leasing. The Assistant Manager Leasing will be responsible for managing lease agreements, conducting market research, administering lease documentation, overseeing property management, and ensuring resident retention. The role requires daily interaction with tenants, as well as coordination with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Leases and Lease Administration
  • Skills in conducting Market Research related to commercial properties
  • Expertise in Property Management practices
  • Ability to ensure Resident Retention through effective communication and service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
