Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L to meet revenue and profitability targets, ensuring financial health and risk mitigation. Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships, market expansion, and product innovation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, government bodies, and industry partners. Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture through effective talent management, mentorship, and development. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards, upholding a commitment to sustainable practices. Requirements: Experience: 15+ years in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Skills: Strong strategic acumen, financial expertise, operational efficiency, and excellent stakeholder management. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics in India and globally.
