This is where you want to be.Purpose: Senior Functional Tester will be accountable for overseeing, and performing functional testing, and quality assurance of ECU360 – ECU worldwide Digital platform to ensure that delivered functionality meets the requirements.Roles and Responsibilities:Review and analyze system specificationsDevelop test scenarios, test cases, and test plansExecute test cases and analyze resultsDocumenting user acceptance testingPerforming smoke/regression testingCompiling all reported system problems and reporting to the development teamTroubleshoot issues in the development and production environmentAccountable for the testing workstream to provide consistent and timely testing resultsParticipate in daily stand-up calls and weekly meetingFollow up and Coordination with the development/product team for issues resolutionWork with the training department to update the manuals as neededTake ownership and act as a single point of contact for all product quality-related inquiriesDesired Candidate’s Profile:Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester and product testing.Prior experience in logistics or freight-forwarding domainExcellent communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitudeResult-oriented and ready to take ownershipExperience in QA methodology, Agile frameworks, and regression testingAbility to write QA related documents and troubleshoot errorsWorking knowledge of test management software and SQL is added advantageExperience in API and non-functional testing is a plus
