Job Description :

As an AI Researcher specializing in Generative AI applications for clinical data, you'll lead the development of groundbreaking solutions utilizing advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3, BERT, or T5. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals, you'll translate complex clinical data workflows into actionable technical solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve spearheading research, designing algorithms, and implementing innovative models to revolutionize clinical business practices.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced Generative AI algorithms tailored to healthcare applications.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to understand clinical data workflows and develop actionable technical solutions.

- Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to validate proposed AI solutions, utilizing both open-source and private models.

- Implement modern Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts to enhance information generation in clinical settings.

- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, providing support throughout solution deployment.

- Develop and optimize deep learning architectures for text generation, data synthesis, and anomaly detection in clinical datasets.

- Utilize tools like Vectordb, Langchain, and LlamaIndex to optimize large-scale language model deployments.

- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI frameworks and methodologies, evaluating emerging technologies to enhance solution design.

- Document solution architectures, design decisions, and research findings for dissemination.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

- Extensive experience in AI, ML, and deep learning, focusing on Generative AI for clinical healthcare data.

- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face's Transformers library.

- Experience in prompt engineering techniques with RAG and Langchain framework.

- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.

- Experience with LLM frameworks like langchain, llamaindex, and vectordb is advantageous.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
