Summary:
We are hiring a Senior HR Generalist (Female) to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and compliance activities.
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Organize employee engagement and training initiatives.
  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain HR records.

Employer Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
