Location: Hyderabad ????️ Working Days: 6 Days/Week Contact: HR – Manisha ???? ✉️ About the Role We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive and scale our Merchant Credit B2 C business . This role will own merchant acquisition, credit portfolio growth, product collaboration, and overall profitability while maintaining high credit quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2 C vertical across geographies Develop and execute credit strategies, risk frameworks & portfolio practices Drive merchant onboarding, credit disbursal, and end-to-end customer lifecycle Work closely with Product, Risk, Tech & Operations to build scalable solutions Track portfolio metrics including growth, delinquency & retention Build, mentor, and manage sales & credit operations teams Engage with leadership and external partners to enhance offerings Requirements 10–15 years in credit / lending / merchant or B2 C finance , with team leadership Strong exposure to underwriting, portfolio management, and risk control Proven experience in scaling business while maintaining portfolio quality Analytical mindset with strong business acumen Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills Familiarity with fintech / digital lending is a strong plus Compensation ???? Salary: Upto 12 lpa Fixed ( Basis your Last salary)
