Job Description
Weare seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Developer whois experienced in developing maintaining and managing advancedreporting analytics dashboards and other BI solutions and projectsfor our sales enablement team. In this job role you willcollaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business inorder to develop and deliver endtoend dashboard and analyticssolutions to enable business insights and decisions. As the BIAnalyst you are the subject matter expert in creating interactivevisualizations and automated reporting to support shared businessgoals. You will be a part of a highfunctioning and collaborativeBusiness Intelligence & Analytics team.
RequirementOnsite Bangalore
5 years of experience as a BI/ CRMAnalyst 2 years ofexperience and expertise in leading CRM Analytics drivendashboard/analytics design development and implementation. Bachelor s degreewithin a technical/ business related field Strong knowledgeusing SQL is a plus. Expertise indeveloping maintaining and experience in managing/leading CRMAnalytics driven dashboards & analytics preferably withworking knowledge of Einstein administration/architecture Experience inarchitecting designing developing BI and other analytical AIreporting solutions using standard BI tools Experienceperforming a business analyst role preferably with some projectmanagement. Experience in creation of functional specifications andproject documentation and translating functional requirements intodetailed technical requirements. Has strong verbal& written communication skills. Experience inproblem solving / conflict resolution critical thinking andpriority setting. Experience using Microsoft Excel Power Point Project Access andVisio. Experiencein working with several groups of data and users simultaneously. Experience inbeing innovative and having strong analytic skills. Demonstratedability to provide strong time management skills. Working knowledgeof CRM Analytics administration/architecture (preferred) Knowledge of BIproject/program management (preferred) Working knowledgeof BI/data warehouse functionality (preferred) Strong workingknowledge of Salesforce Architecture and relational database design RequiredCertifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator SalesforceCertified App Builder Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics andDiscovery Consultant a plus strong experience with the standardsalesforce report builder Salesforce Platform Developer I or I andII aplus
