Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven CPI Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. This role focuses on managing and scaling Cost Per Install (CPI) campaigns efficiently to drive high-quality app installs at scale. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mobile attribution, traffic sources, campaign management, and ROI optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize CPI campaigns across ad networks, DSPs, affiliate partners, and social platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: creative briefing, tracking setup, launch, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, product) and external partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify underperforming sources, and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper setup of tracking (MMPs like Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava) and attribution logic.
  • Maintain strong relationships with traffic sources, negotiate rates, and onboard new partners.
  • Analyze post-install metrics (retention, ROAS, LTV) to inform optimization and scaling decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with ad fraud prevention standards and continuously evaluate traffic quality.

  • Report performance to senior leadership and provide insights on growth opportunities.

  • Preferred Qualifications:Experience in gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other mobile-first industries.

  • Technical understanding of deep linking, postbacks, and event tracking.
  • Familiarity with RTB, programmatic buying, or DSP platforms.
  • Knowledge of international markets and traffic sources.
