Job Overview:
MARS Cosmetics is looking for a skilled HR Payroll and Compliances professional to manage payroll processing, statutory compliances, and employee benefits for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, while maintaining compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Oversee statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, TDS, and labor law requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to government authorities.
Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions.
Maintain records related to employee leave, attendance, and salary adjustments.
Support audits and ensure accurate documentation for legal and financial purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field (Postgraduate degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in payroll management and statutory compliance, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetics industry.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems (e.g., GreyHR).
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
