Your key responsibilities:
Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each actionSupport issues reported for Fiori developmentsTechnical analysis of all the unknown/ new types of Incidents and Service Requests and assist the functional SAP Team members for diagnosis and addressing the root causes to either reduce/ eliminate repetitive Incidents or enhance efficiency in handling thoseParticipate into Critical/Major Incident resolution and communication processDevelop healthy professional customer relationshipEnsure the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Quality Audits, etc. based on managements expectations and guidance. Prepare reports based on supervisors expectationsAssist peers, superiors, other IT staff members in day to day activities whenever appropriateDeliver any other tasks as per superiors instructions and guidanceExposure to SAP UI(5) development will be an added advantageWhat we expect from you:Bachelors Degree or higher - B.Tech. /B.E.Good Technical background with Professional experience desirable.Be highly motivated, hardworking and possess good time management and communication skillsWork experience: 2-5 years of Core Fiori UI development experience in a medium/large organization.Excellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to work and communicate effectively with a globally distributed teamTeam playerAnalytical and problem-solving techniques.Customer service attitude.Align with different support teams to ensure seamless support experience for the business usersSAP Certifications in their specialisation area is not must but will be an advantageGood to have awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 StandardsCompetencies and Skills Required:Several years of programming experience with Core SAP FIORI UI5 preferably with exposure to SAP ABAP will be a plus
Fiori applications based on ABAP stack & technologies like SAP UI5, HTML5, Fiori and Java-script.Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML5, SAP UI5.Working Knowledge of UI frameworks like Angular JS JQuery/JavaScript is a plusBasic experience in developing Java based applications using microservicesImplement and deploy SAP Fiori applications in cloud, including custom extension development and configuration for user roles, catalogs, and groups.Experience in developing Custom Fiori Applications in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and deploying them in cloud foundry runtime.Expert in developing UI5 Fiori applications in adherence to coding standards as well as SAP best practices, follow security coding best practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities.Develop, test, debug, and implement SAP Fiori applications by working closely with functional and testing teams.Good to have exposure to Smart template Fiori Element, Fiori Theme Building.Good to have SAP UI5 CertificationsBe at the forefront of exploring new SAP Technologies, a quick learner willing to learn new technologies and methodologies; maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards.
