Marketing Specialist

You'll work closely with our Singapore and Australia teams to localise and execute digital marketing strategies. You can also leverage on artificial intelligence tools and data analytics to optimize marketing performance to scale. Specifically, the role will be responsible for achieving new residents and resident retention growth targets.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in marketing, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset.
Work location: Remote
Work Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm
Job description
We are seeking for a dynamic individual with Marketing expertise to join our team and assist us with various marketing tasks for the real estate projects that our Singapore (SG) and Australia based client is involved in.
PPC Specific Tasks:
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) for the Australian market.
Localisation: Collaborate with both teams In SG and Australia to set up localised campaigns, adapting strategies as needed.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to reach specific demographics and patient groups.
Data Analysis: Analyse PPC campaign data, adjust strategies to maximise ROI and meet KPIs. To work closely with the CRM data for performance.
Budget Monitoring: Monitor budget allocation and performance to ensure cost-effective ad spending.
Other Digital Marketing Tasks:
Collaborative Strategy: Align marketing strategies for Australia with the wider company strategy, collaborating with the marketing teams and adhoc personnel.
CRO Support: Assist the CRO with AB testing, monitoring, and implementing results while incorporating the use of CRM system (Zoho One)
Email Marketing: Support the email marketing specialist in localising and running specific email campaigns.
SEO Efforts: Conduct keyword research for organic traffic, staying up-to-date with keyword trends, and regulatory changes.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed about digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on multi-channel performance, offering insights and recommendations for future strategy adjustments.
What We’re Looking For:
· Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of supporting and managing multiple channels in digital marketing.
PPC Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and other social media advertising platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and PPC management tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. Ensure all projects are completed on time and with the highest of standard.
CRM: Someone who is able to understand the reports extracted from the CRM (Zoho One) and make full use of the information.
Teamwork: Assist Marketing team as required with additional administrative tasks, events and promotional activities. Be prepared to assist other personnel as required/requested.
Social Media Listening Tools: To leverage on the social media listening tool to look out for potential residents and to ensure completeness with the tracker.
Desirable Skills:
Australian Market Experience: Experience in marketing to an Australian audience.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of compliance and regulations specific to advertising in the healthcare sector.
CRO Expertise: Experience in conversion rate optimisation.
Content Management: Content writing and management experience.
Video and Photography: Editing and creation for social media platforms
Others: Assist in coordinating theming and artwork for major events. Maintain Marketing/Promotions Calendar.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in market research or marketing analysis
· Strong analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
· Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
