Training and development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and support employees in their professional development. Legal compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations, and manage employee records and HR policies. HR strategy: Develop and implement strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. Data and reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to measure program effectiveness and assist in decision-making.
