Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer at WebBuddy in Gurugram. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, and full-stack development tasks. The role involves utilizing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to enhance web design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reusable software components for our web application Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the overall product strategy Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 4+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Skills Experience with AI/ML technologies and their integration into web applications Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with performance optimization and web security Contributions to open-source projects What We Offer Competitive salary and equity options Flexible work arrangements Health insurance and wellness programs Professional development opportunities Modern office space in the heart of Gurugram Exciting startup environment with rapid growth potential
