Job Description:
As the RPO Lead, you will be responsible for leading our RPO team and driving the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions for our clients.
Leveraging your expertise in stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and technology hiring, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on volume hiring and specialized technology roles.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships, driving communication, and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
Strong exposure to technology hiring, including IT, software development, engineering, and other specialized roles.
Demonstrated experience in volume hiring and managing large-scale recruitment initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
