Salesforce nCino Business Analysts

for our India based locations. I.e. Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Indore/Noida.

Here is the JD

Responsibilities and Skills Required-

BA1 Extensive experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation expertise with nCino modules2 Relationship Management Loan Opportunity management Credit Memo Covenant Collateral nCino Portal Salesforce configuration etc3 Must have prior implementation experience at other banks4 Leads solution design activities of complex requirements participates in functional workshops to build out the functional Epic story backlogs5 Experience working in agile methodology Jira User story creation and management6 Responsible for running Discovery sessions for onboarding new lines of business onto Salesforce nCino origination platform

Experience1 Bachelors degree in Technical or Business related area or equivalent combination of similar education and experience2 8 years experience as a Business Analyst Functional Consultant or similar discipline for a mid to large sized organization or direct consulting expertise leading transformational CRM projects3 3 years Experience with Salesforce com configuration and or custom development across the suite of Salesforce products4 Expert presentation and communication skills to both create and deliver top quality presentations and demos to a broad audience including CSuite to technical teams5 5-7 years of salesforce experience6 Salesforce Active Certification is Must7 Has past experience working on Sales and Service cloud

Certifications1 nCino Commercial Banking 201 301preferred2 Salesforce Business Analyst3 Salesforce Admin4 Sales Cloud Consultant5 Service Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities will includeDocumenting user stories and requirements provided by the business for implementation within nCinoUpdate and maintain existing artifact documentation to ensure enhancements changes that are made are reflected in solution related documentationProvide testing support as needed for UAT and business signoff This could include staging a scenario or test data for the business or provide guidance to the business on business related validations testingAbility to document various types of flows using Visio or a comparable tool as needed to support business requirements and processesThe resource will be expected to have strong knowledge of the Commercial Lending capabilities of the nCino platform and be able to quickly learn and understand functionality and capabilities to support business needs stories requirements etchas context menu.
